“I painted a few dog portraits for family members and shared them with friends. Suddenly I received several requests. I paint them from a photo that is provided. The quality of those photos ca impact the quality of the painting. The key is in the animal’s eyes, which provide the character of the animal and ultimately the painting. I get attached to these portraits and am sorry to see them leave.”
